Memory Capsule

The Memory Capsule is a unique personalization keepsake and is an optional or included accessory for many of our beautiful figurine urns. Designed to hold a tiny quantity of ashes and/or small mementos such as name tags or a lock of hair or fur and photo, they securely fit into the base of the figurine urn or keepsake.

You may previously have obtained a compatible urn, from your pet crematorium or other urn supplier, that did not include a Memory Capsule at the time of purchase. You can ask them to supply you with a Memory Capsule or purchase one from us.

Please take great care when replacing the screw cap in the base of your existing urn in order to replace it with a Memory Capsule in case ashes are loose inside. We recommend you invert the urn, tap gently and then leave (securely supported) for a few minutes to ensure ashes settle away from the cap before opening. If you are not comfortable replacing the cap yourself, your local pet crematorium may offer this as an additional service for you
